Questions, answered
What is the ₹30 per person for?
It confirms your table, and the full amount is credited against your food bill on the day. A table for four costs ₹120 to reserve, and ₹120 comes off your final bill.
Is Cannella fully vegetarian? Do you have Jain food?
Yes — the entire menu is pure vegetarian. A large number of dishes can be prepared Jain; mention it in the special request box when you book and tell your server when you arrive.
Is the rooftop open through the year?
The rooftop is open-air and open daily. During heavy rain we move seating to the covered area, so your booking still stands.
What are your timings?
We're open daily, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM. Our desi starters, mains, dal, rice and Indian breads are served from 7 PM onwards.
Can I walk in without a booking?
You can, and we will seat you if there is room. Weekends and evenings fill up, so booking is the only way to be sure of a table.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking is available at Parkview Exchange. Our team can point you to it when you arrive.
Can you help with a birthday or anniversary?
Yes. Pick the occasion when you book and add what you have in mind. We will call you back to work out cake, decor and timing.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Message us on WhatsApp with your reservation ID and we will sort it out. Full details are in our reservation terms.
